The Parties have reached an agreement to dismiss the lawsuit.
WINSTON-SALEM, NC, October 24, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ — On 17 July 2020 Solutex NA, LLC., filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Designs for Health, Inc., and later added Innova Softgel, LLC, (KD Nutra) and KD Pharma Bexbach, LLC to the lawsuit as defendants.
The lawsuit alleged that Designs for Health, KD Nutra, and KD Pharma infringed and were infringing certain Solutex’s patents regarding Specialized Pro-Resolving Mediators (SPMs). Designs for Health, KD Nutra and KD Pharma deny all infringement allegations.
The Parties have reached an agreement to dismiss the lawsuit. Pursuant to the Parties’ settlement, Solutex has granted KD Nutra and KD Pharma a non-exclusive royalty bearing license to Solutex’s SPM patents.
