In his current role, Steven leads all product design and innovation efforts for the company. Issued his first solar patent from the USPTO in 1982, Steven has been designing and patenting solar concepts and structures for decades, receiving 27 active US utility and design patents for our tensioned cable technology.

Mike is responsible for installing all Conger systems, ensuring strict product design, quality control, policy compliance, and performance metrics for all solar systems we build. During his 21+ year USMC career, Mike installed military flight operations systems in austere environments around the world ensuring compliance with rigorous US Naval Aviation standards while adjusting to dynamic, challenging and changing environments.
